My name is Dorian, I am a French student from Nantes doing a double diploma at TU Delft, following the MSc Environmental engineering. I have always been a serious, hardworking and organized student. After graduating from high school with the highest distinction, I studied in a prep school (CPGE Clemenceau, Nantes) for 2 years, with very intensive scientific education (40 hours of classes and 20 hours of personal work per week). This step gave me solid knowledge in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Coding and English. After 2 months of written and oral examinations, I was accepted in one of the best French engineering schools, l'Ecole Centrale de Lyon. During two years, I deepened my knowledge, especially regarding Physics (Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Fluid dynamics, Electromagnetism, Quantum mechanics...), Coding and English. I obtained a Master's degree in General Engineering. However, I have always been concerned by climate change, and wanted to specialize in this field, so I applied to the MSc Environmental Engineering of TU Delft, where I am now specializing in atmospheric processes, air pollution and meteorology. After doing a 5-month internship at TNO, I am now starting my Master's thesis. I have always enjoyed tutoring. During high school, I was part of a program to help a fellow student during the year, and while I was studying in Lyon, I was the private tutor of three students. I am a patient teacher who enjoys spreading knowledge and helping others understand and improve, especially regarding French and English ! I am good at simplifying and explaining complex concepts, and work before the session in order to provide the best learning experience. I tend to have good relations with children and teenagers, and have always been close to my little sisters and cousins. About my hobbies, I have been playing basketball for 8 years, and have been the coach of under 11 boy teams for 2 years. Moreover, I enjoy watching movies and going out with my friends.
