Bijles Aan Huis (“Tutoring at home”), a fast-growing tutoring company in The Netherlands and Germany is looking for a non-accent Dutch-speaking specialist who wants to be part-time part of our team by:
- Proactively reaching out to customers, and by responding to inbound messages through our website chat, WhatsApp, email and by phone.
- Executing the overall interviewing process of our tutors: conducting the job interview and taking decisions in the selection process.
- Contributing to building a better product / customer experience. As a customer hero, you will be the first access point for feedback for our customers. Because of that, you will be able to better understand customer needs and you can therefore continiously contribute to the improvement and development of Bijles Aan Huis its product (the website) and the Bijles Aan Huis experience (both offline and online).
